The “Pelvic Alignment Core Yoga” Pelvic Alignment Core Yoga focuses on strengthening core muscles, their mobility around the pelvis and pelvic floor through a lots of stretches, massage, and easy core exercise, using massage balls or blocks. This class ideal for women who have menopausal symptoms, back pain or stiff shoulders and urinary incontinence. There is no need to have prior Yoga experience. Pelvic alignment Core Yoga is not a class dedicated to learning perfect yoga postures but rather a class focused on learning how to incorporate yoga and core work into everyday life in order to improve women’s quality of life.
