HARIYAMA BALLET
Ballet school started in 2005. Home studio since 2010 in midtown of New York City.
Our ballet studio is open for children to adults. Offering different levels of classes from beginners to pre professional level.
Our goal is to make ballet enjoyable for all levels.
All classes are taught by highly experienced teachers who all have a special love for dance.

Progress
Junior Training
“Junior Progress Class”.
The Program is recruiting children over the age of 9 who want to pursue ballet further and study ballet deeply and passionately with the aim of further improving their skills, with an aspiration to becoming a professional.
Our training program will guide you to a professional career, and help you to be a better dancer.
Junior
- Pre Junior Age 9 and up -
Pre Junior, Junior
Class will include more challenging barre exercises and center combinations while emphasizing basic terminology. Audition might be required.
Advance Junior Ballet
Pre Professional Junior
Strong understanding of the fundamental rules and theories of ballet. Expected to learn new combinations quickly.
Contenporary
and Tap

Unlike classical dance, is an expressive form of the body based on free movement and improvisation.
The steps of contemporary dance leave full creative and stylistic freedom, the dancer becomes a choreographer of himself and the whole thing revolves around his ability to improvise.
Also in this discipline, as for classical ballet, it is important to develop a capacity for control over the legs, the use of openings and all other fundamental characteristics for a dancer.
